What data we collect

• Quote details: name, email, phone, postcode, property type, service required, and free-text job description.
• Account data (tradespeople only): name, company, phone, services and cities covered.
• Technical data: IP address and basic request metadata for fraud prevention and security checks (Cloudflare Turnstile).

How we use it

• To match your enquiry with up to three local specialists who can provide quotes.
• To send you confirmation emails about your request and follow-up review invitations after work is completed.
• To prevent fraud, abuse and bot submissions.
• To meet our legal and regulatory obligations.

Who we share it with

Your contact details are shared only with the vetted tradespeople who pay to receive your enquiry. We never sell your data to third-party marketing lists. We use the following processors to operate the service: Supabase (hosting/database, EU region), Stripe (payment processing for tradespeople), Resend (transactional email), and Cloudflare (security/captcha).

How long we keep it

Lead enquiries are retained for 24 months for dispute resolution and refund handling, then deleted or anonymised. Tradesperson account data is kept while the account is active and deleted on request.

Your rights under UK GDPR
