What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They help sites remember preferences and keep you logged in.

Cookies we use

We currently only use strictly necessary cookies. These are required for the site to work and do not need consent under UK GDPR / PECR.

• Authentication: Supabase session cookies (sb-*) keep tradespeople signed in to their dashboard.
• Security: Cloudflare Turnstile sets short-lived cookies to verify you're not a bot when submitting a quote.
• Consent: a single localStorage entry (dbu-cookie-consent) remembers whether you've dismissed the cookie banner so we don't show it again.

Analytics and marketing

We do not currently run any analytics, advertising or third-party tracking cookies. If we add any in future we'll update this page and ask for your consent beforehand.

Managing cookies

You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings — though doing so may stop you being able to sign in to a tradesperson account.
